Over sixty WeFix technicians and support staff joined the Samsung Customer Experience team on Friday, 24 January 2020 for ‘Fix Up, Look Sharp’, a one-day teambuilder focussing on service excellence. Gathering at Newark’s Holiday Inn, WeFix CEO Aaron Brown kicked-off the day with a recap of 2019, which saw the WeFix and samsungrepair.com operations deliver almost 40,000 in-warranty and out-of-warranty smartphone and tablet repairs throughout the UK. After an afternoon of teambuilding activities at the Lockwell Activity Centre, including archery, go-karting, rifle shooting and blindfold driving, the WeFix and Samsung teams regrouped for dinner and awards. Amongst those celebrated on the night was WeFix Technician of the Year 2019, Adam Wellington, who keeps the savvy smartphone and tablet owners of Hull fault-free and fully functioning. The Long Road To Romania

Adam (Hull Technician) and Tony (Liverpool Technician) have just completed an amazing 3,700-mile round trip to a partners call centre in Bucharest, Romania. This partner is one of the world’s biggest device insurers, operating some of Europe’s most well-known gadget insurance brands. The aim of the trip was to raise awareness of the WeFix service amongst the partner call centre team, ensuring WeFix becomes – and remains - the number one repair option for all smartphone and tablet claims. The Schedule Day 1 - Saturday morning, 06 July 2019, Adam and Tony depart the UK, arriving in France, via Le Shuttle. How To Fix A Cracked iPad Screen

If you've cracked your iPad screen there are a number of things you can do to "patch it up". These should only ever be seen as short term fixes - there is no substitute for a screen replacement. Tape up the screen or apply a screen protector Once you've cracked your iPad screen there are a few temporary fixes you can do to get you by. The quickest method is to simply patch the screen up with Sellotape - it doesn't look great, but it should stop the cracks getting any worse and will stop you cutting your finger on any sharp edges.
